Abstract

Full-service restaurant industry should maintain balance expansions considering global demographic and geographic locations. It would need to make clear strategic choices to achieve its financial goals and aggressive growth. To make an important priority on menu innovation, the inconsistent economic growth is fostering increased competition and consumers taste. Ethical concepts of public confidences on business corporations, health and safety issues should be considered as growing entrepreneurship of feasible sustainability.
