Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the MBA Journals website at mbajournals.celnet.in (the "Service"), operated by Consortium eLearning Network Pvt. Ltd. ("MBA Journals", "we", "us"). Effective 12 October 2026.

In short: reading and downloading articles is free where they are open access. Articles are licensed CC BY-NC-ND 4.0. Paid access is non-refundable, with a few clear exceptions below. Indian law applies and disputes go to the courts at Noida.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By using the Service you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. If you use it on behalf of an institution, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for it.

2. Who we are

MBA Journals is an imprint of Consortium eLearning Network Pvt. Ltd., A-118, 1st Floor, Sector 63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. You can reach us at info@mbajournals.in or through our contact page.

3. Accounts

  • Some features (submitting a manuscript, managing a subscription, editorial or reviewer tools) need an account. Give accurate details and keep them up to date.
  • You are responsible for your password and for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think it has been misused.
  • Institutional access is for the institution's authorised users only. Do not share credentials outside it.
  • We may suspend an account that breaks these Terms or puts the Service or other users at risk.

4. Content and licence

Unless an article or journal states otherwise, articles on the Service are published under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0) licence. Copyright in each article stays with its author(s) or, where the author agreement says so, with the publisher.

You may

  • Read, download, print and share articles, with credit to the authors and journal
  • Link to articles and quote them in your own work, with citation
  • Use the metadata and abstracts for indexing and discovery

You may not

  • Use articles commercially, or sell or charge for access to them
  • Alter, translate or build on an article and redistribute the result
  • Bulk-download, scrape or mass-harvest the Service, or bypass access controls
  • Remove copyright, licence or attribution notices

The MBA Journals name, logo, site design and software are ours and are not covered by the article licence. The licence covers articles only, and where an article is not open access, only the access your subscription or institution grants.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to break the law, to harm or disrupt it (including by automated high-volume requests or attempts to gain unauthorised access), to upload malware, or to impersonate another person. Do not use it to submit plagiarised, fabricated or unlawful material.

6. Submitting a manuscript

Authors who submit through the Service confirm that the work is original, has not been published or submitted elsewhere, and that all authors have agreed to the submission. You must declare conflicts of interest and follow our Publication Ethics, Plagiarism Policy and Author Guidelines. Any fees for publication are described on the Article Processing Charges page. Submitting a manuscript does not guarantee publication.

7. Subscriptions, payments and pricing

  • Prices for subscriptions and paid access are shown on the Service, in Indian rupees unless stated otherwise, and may change. A change does not affect a period you have already paid for.
  • Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card details.
  • Taxes such as GST are added where applicable and shown before you pay.
  • Access starts once payment is confirmed and lasts for the period you purchased.

8. Cancellation and refunds

Payments are non-refundable, except in the cases below. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal but does not refund the period already paid for.

We will refund if

  • You were charged more than once for the same purchase
  • Payment was taken but access was not activated, and we cannot fix it
  • The Service was unable to give you the access you paid for because of a fault on our side

We will not refund if

  • You changed your mind, or no longer need the access
  • You did not use, or could not use, the access you bought
  • Access ended because you broke these Terms

To ask for a refund, write to info@mbajournals.in within 7 days of the payment with your name, the email on your account and the payment reference. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.

The Service links to other websites and uses services such as Razorpay for payments. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Disclaimer

We work to keep the Service accurate and available, but it is provided "as is". Views in articles are the authors' own, not ours. See also our Disclaimer.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, MBA Journals is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Suspension and changes

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the Service. We may update these Terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and using the Service after a change means you accept it. For significant changes we will say so on this page.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of the Service.
