Subscription Terms
These terms apply to individuals and institutions who subscribe to MBA Journals for online and print access. They sit alongside our Terms and Conditions. Effective 12 October 2026.
In short: a subscription covers the calendar year, gives access to current issues and the archive for the period you paid for, and is non-refundable except in the cases in our Cancellation and Refund policy.
Subscription period and access
- Subscriptions run for the calendar year, January to December.
- They include current issues and the archive for the journals you subscribe to, during the subscription period.
- Individual subscriptions are for the named person's own use. Institutional subscriptions cover the institution's authorised users, usually through IP-range authentication.
Institutional access
- Give us the IP ranges that should have access, and tell us when they change.
- Access is for the institution's staff, students and walk-in users on its premises or through its secure remote access.
- Do not share access with people outside the institution, and do not bulk-download or resell content. Articles are licensed under CC BY-NC-ND 4.0, as set out in the Terms and Conditions.
Prices and payment
- Prices are shown on the Subscription Rates page and in your quote, in Indian rupees for India and in US dollars for other countries.
- Taxes such as GST are added where they apply.
- Online payments go through Razorpay. Institutions may arrange bank transfer by writing to us.
Renewals
We send renewal reminders before a subscription ends. Renew before it expires to keep access without a gap.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel so that a subscription does not renew. Payments are non-refundable once the subscription has started, except where you were charged twice, paid but did not get access, or we failed to provide the access you paid for. See Cancellation and Refund for how to ask within 7 days of paying.
Missing issues and claims
If a print issue or online article you are entitled to does not arrive or cannot be opened, write to us and we will fix it. Claims must reach us within three months of publication for deliveries in India and six months for deliveries abroad. Details are on the Subscription FAQs page.
Distributors and agents
Subscriptions bought through an authorised agent or distributor follow the agent's agreement with us. Agents buying for resale should write to us for their terms.
