Abstract

The Grounded theory approach proceeds by considering inductive analysis as a principal techniqueand it is a qualitative research approach. The empowerment of women entrepreneurs in emergingeconomies is an emerging area of research. Half of the brainpower on the earth is in the heads ofwomen. They provide an essential opportunity for economic and social development and progress.Women’s participation in any kind of economic activity is of a complementary nature to their familyincomes; their participation in no way reduces their family duties. Women’s equal rights are nowdefined by women’s economic empowerment and the ultimate empowerment is throughentrepreneurship. Using a Grounded theory approach for analyzing a carefully chosen set of studiesassures solidly legitimized in-depth analyses of empirical facts and related insights. This includes theemergence of new themes, issues and opportunities, interrelationships and dependencies in or beyonda particular area, as well as inconsistencies.
