Abstract

Non-performing customers are always a menace to banks. With passage of time and advent ofbusiness expansion, Chhattisgarh Rural Banks in Bilaspur district of Chhattisgarh, is facing alarmingincline in the cases of advances given to MSME’s becoming non-performing. This paper ranks theunderlying reason for advances becoming non-performing based on survey taken from MSME’s inBilaspur District.
