Abstract

Employee lifecycle is very important for any organization. Employee lifecycle includes every step anemployee goes through; from the time they enter an organization until they leave. Through bymaintaining a proper lifecycle, the organization can achieve its objective and can retain employee forlonger period of time. Employee life cycle management is considered a crucial function of the HRdepartment because it deals with the most valuable asset of the organization its employees. The aim toanalyze the HR practices such as Recruitment, onboarding, training and developments, careerdevelopment opportunities, compensation, reward and recognition, benefits, Participation in DecisionMaking, Work-Life balance, motivation that organizations can adopt to retain their top talentedemployees and motivate them to stay in the organization.
