Boosting Aging Workforce Productivity in Hospitality Industry
Abstract: This paper highlights the impact of ageing and analyzes Manpower Demand and supply in service Industry. It is an attempt to analyze whether old work force is a liability. Analysis of working agendas can optimize productivity. Research identifies the value and benefits of employing older workers, the fact that older workers generally have experience. Age diverse workforce is like a cocktail with right blend of people to achieve corporate goals.
