Abstract

Decision tree analysis involves making a tree shaped diagram to chart out a course of action or a stastical analysis. This will be very useful to break down complex problems or branches. Each branch of the decision tree could be possible outcome. The tree structure in the decision model helpful in drawing solution for nay problem. They also help you to form a balanced picture of the risks and rewards associated with each possible course of action.
