Abstract

Procore has emerged as a groundbreaking platform that revolutionizes construction project management through improved efficiency and collaboration. By addressing inefficiencies inherent in traditional project management approaches, Procore provides real-time communication, centralized data storage, and advanced tools that streamline construction workflows. This paper explores Procore’s role in enhancing project collaboration, quantifying tangible benefits, and analyzing challenges in its implementation. Findings reveal that Procore significantly reduces project durations, administrative overheads, and rework while improving communication and stakeholder satisfaction. Despite its challenges, such as a steep learning curve and integration with legacy systems, Procore’s potential to transform the construction industry is unmatched. Prospects include integration with AI and VR technologies to further enhance its capabilities. Furthermore, Procore enhances stakeholder satisfaction by promoting transparency and seamless collaboration across all project phases. Despite its many advantages, adopting Procore comes with certain challenges. Companies may encounter obstacles such as a steep learning curve, resistance to new technology, and difficulties integrating the platform with existing legacy systems. To fully leverage its capabilities, organizations must invest in comprehensive training and implement a well-structured adoption strategy. Looking to the future, Procore has the potential to drive even greater transformation within the construction industry. Advancements may include the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) for predictive insights, virtual reality (VR) for immersive project planning, and increased automation to enhance decision-making. As the industry continues its digital evolution, Procore is well-positioned to lead the way, redefining construction project management and execution
